Warranty

No goods will be accepted without a RMA number. You will be issued with an RMA number via a member of our support team or via our online returns facility in the My Account area of the website.

Computer System Returns

In the unlikely event that your new PC has developed a fault, upon contacting our Support team, they will supply you with a RMA. You should make a note of this number and affix it clearly to any packaging containing the computer system to be returned.
